Philip Robinson Library
A very rude lady told me off when I was just asking if he had my chargers.
It made me cry and seemed unnecessarily harsh when we are in exam season.

We understand that  exam time is a very stressful time for students.   Library colleagues try very hard to be as helpful and supportive as possible, particularly at this time of year.  I apologise if the response given to your request did not meet our expected high standards.   I hope you have more positive encounters with library colleagues in the future, but, if you have any further issues, please let us know.
