Many thanks for taking the time to complete a Tell Us What You Think form regarding the temperature.  Estates staff are currently working on a known temperature issue which affects the whole of the Walton Library but especially the rooms in the periphery of the 5th floor.  At this stage adding temporary heaters would produce incorrect readings in terms of how well the system is working, so it is something that the engineers would prefer not to do at this stage.  If however the issue continues I will ask for them to provide these.  Please do not hesitate to get back in touch if the situation does not improve over the next week or so.
