Temperature
Heating is never on, radiators don't work. Was told they operated remotely, however, this is an everyday I've been in the library.

Particularly in the Academic Skills room it is freezing but a present issue everywhere.

Can they please be monitored/changed by hand.

Many thanks for taking the time to complete a Tell Us What You Think form regarding the temperature.  Estates staff are currently working on a known temperature issue which affects the whole of the Walton Library but especially the rooms in the periphery of the 5th floor.    Please do not hesitate to get back in touch if the situation does not improve over the next week or so.
