We can only apologise for the particularly cold temperatures that we have experienced over the past couple of days in the Walton Library and assure you that the staff have also felt these negative consequences. There has been an ongoing issue with the heating system throughout the Medical School building and we Estates team are working on it with an external company. today has seen a definite improvement which we are hoping will continue. If not we will continue to raise the issue with Estates staff.
