Study Room 413

Dear Librarians,
 
Sorry to be the Christmas Grinch - I'm not yet old enough for Scrooge, but I'm working on it. 😉 
 
Could you please send out a little reminder to those of us who use the accessible rooms that things should be left tidy. 
 
The desk had been moved out from the wall in 413, with the fan lying on its side on the floor and the glass shelf below the whiteboard lying on the floor with the white board cleaner. 
 
It took me a while to move things back so that I could sit at the desk with the door free to close properly.

Thank you for making us aware of this issue, and we are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced here. We do ensure accessible study rooms are monitored throughout the day but it is sometimes not possible to check them between bookings.

Nevertheless, this has been passed along to the relevant teams to see if we can do something to mitigate this issue in the future.
