Library temperature
I have just been in Phillip Robinson and it’s so cold I’ve had to leave to buy another jumper

I take medication because I often overheat and yet I’m still freezing. There are also no more than 20 students in the library, so a lot of energy is being wasted by having the air con blasting

Whilst managing the temp in the large clusters may be difficult, the study rooms at least should have the ability to control the temp of the room

Library Response

Thanks for your email about this.

The Library doesn’t have any control over the temperatures in the building. This is set by Estates using their building management system.

If you don’t mind, I will pass this on to them and ask for then temperatures to be raised.

Can I please check where exactly you were studying?

Regards
David
