Many thanks for taking the time to complete a 'Tell Us What You Think' form, we really value feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you are finding the temperature uncomfortably cold in some parts of the library. 

Unfortunately the heating is centrally controlled and can't be adjusted by library staff, but please be assured that I have informed Estates Services. While not always a practical solution, you will find that other parts of the library will be warmer (surprisingly to me as well though, some students actually prefer the cooler areas to keep them focused). I'm sorry we can't provide a quick solution but we will continue to communicate with Estates on your behalf.
