Yes, you can use EndNote software on your Mac and iPad.
Mac
A useful video below shows you how to use EndNote on a Mac.
EndNote is also compatible with Apple's Pages software but you will need to install the Pages EndNote plug-in.
When opening EndNote 20 on your Mac for the first time, it may look as though the app has failed to open. Check the top of your screen to see if the EndNote toolbar is available. Click 'File >new' (to create a Library if this was your first time accessing EndNote) or 'File >open' (to open an existing library).
Mac updates:
Users who had downloaded Endnote through the NUIT service and then updated their Mac Operating System, may discover that Endnote stops working. They will have to re-install Endnote on their device after the update.
Please note that the EndNote Support Team is not able to support Mac users, although we will do our best to point you to useful information.
iPad
An Endnote for iPad App is available. Further details are given below.
Papers software is an alternative to EndNote.
