Student Library Services end in stages, here are the significant dates for the winding down of library services for a typical final year undergraduate:

Last day of term: Physical loans (print books) end on the last day of term so any library items should be returned by 23:59 on June 6th.

Smartcard Expiry Date: Access to University buildings (including the library) continues up until date displayed on your smartcard (usually 30th September YYYY for final year students).

December following graduation: Students retain access to IT facilities, including OneDrive, email, filestore and electronic library materials for 7 months after the successful completion of their studies.  This is managed through your campus ID, please see NUIT's webpage for more information: https://services.ncl.ac.uk/itservice/core-services/account-admin/accountexpirystudents

If you have an extension to your assessments or are returning in September, these dates will be adjusted, for more information please see the following Library News Item: https://www.ncl.ac.uk/library/news/item/library-advice-final-year-undergraduates
