If you lose your smartcard, a replacement will cost you £10.00. Come to the Service Desk at the Philip Robinson or the Walton library and we will produce the replacement there and then.  Without your smartcard you will be unable to borrow any items and access to the libraries will be during service desk opening hours only with a day pass.  All readers are entitled to one free day pass per term, any further passes are issued at a cost of £3.

If you have mislaid your Smartcard, you should still inform a member of Library staff immediately. We can block the card temporarily while you look for it. If you do not report the smartcard as missing, you will be responsible if the card is used to borrow anything - and that may result in replacement charges of up to £50 per item.
