If you get this, try clearing your cache or browsing history as that seems to get rid of the problem. 

  • On Google Chrome you do this by clicking the 3 little dots on the top right of the screen, then choosing History > History >Clear browsing data > Select time frame> Clear data.  Close all open browsers and start afresh.

On Chrome you can also go incognito which has the same effect – to do so click on the 3 little dots at the top right of the Chrome browser (next to the address bar) choose New Incognito Window and start again.  Saves having to reset all your browsing favourites/passwords etc.


  • On Internet Explorer you do this by clicking on the cog icon top right of screen > Internet options > Browsing history > Delete browsing history> (Temporary Internet files and website files/cookies & website data/history) > Delete > OK.  Close down open browsers and start afresh.


This is worth trying with any problem that crops up while accessing electronic resources. Sometimes a page just doesn’t load, and subsequent attempts just reload the same bad page.
