Similar to: "Sorry, we seem to have hit a problem processing your request" - ERROR
If you get this, try clearing your cache or browsing history as that seems to get rid of the problem.
On Chrome you can also go incognito which has the same effect – to do so click on the 3 little dots at the top right of the Chrome browser (next to the address bar) choose New Incognito Window and start again. Saves having to reset all your browsing favourites/passwords etc.
This is worth trying with any problem that crops up while accessing electronic resources. Sometimes a page just doesn’t load, and subsequent attempts just reload the same bad page.
