EndNote can help you find the full text of an article and import the PDF, if the Library has a subscription to that resource.

You can also import PDFs directly from your own device into your EndNote library, individually or by selecting a single folder of PDFs. These can be attached to the relevant existing references in your EndNote library, or new references created ready for editing.
