Log in to Library Search using your Campus ID and password (NHS/External users login with your Smartcard U-number and library password).
	- Click on My Account, then on Requests
 
	- Your list of Requests will display
 
	- Click on the item you want to cancel
 
	- Click on Cancel
 
	- If you are sure you want to cancel your request click Cancel it
 
Alternatively, you could reply to the email we sent telling you your hold/reservation is waiting for you or send a message via Library Help or you could ring us on 0191 208 7662.
