We will send you a "Reservation request Awaiting Collection" email asking you to collect the item within 5 days. Check carefully to see from which library the book should be collected.

In the Robinson Library, collect it from the "Reservation/Hold Requests for Collection shelf". Reservations are shelved in alphabetical order by your family name and should be issued on the Self Service machine.

Walton Library requests can be collected from the Walton Student Texts Collection whenever the Library is open.

Law Library books can be collected from the service desk during Library open hours.

You can check the progress of your Reservation at any time by logging-on to Library Search.

Click on My Account then click on Requests. If the item is ready for collection it will display in the Status column as "Reserved until...". The Pickup location column shows which library to collect from, i.e. Robinson, Walton or Law.

If the item is not yet available the status will display as "Waiting in position..." in queue.
