You will not be able to place a reservation request if

  • you do not know your password
  • Library Search shows that a copy of the item is ‘In Place’ (check the shelves and ask at the service desk if you cannot find that copy)
  • the item is marked as ‘lost’
  • You have 10 items already reserved
