Requesting journal articles
Log in to Library Search with your University ID, search for the article and select "Request Article Scan". Complete the form with your details.
We will send you an email with a link to access the article you requested.
You will have 30 days to access the file.
Borrowing books
To borrow Research Reserve books, make a request using Library Search. You'll need to log in first.
Visit the borrow, request & return page for further information.
Borrowing journals
To borrow a journal, complete the journal request form or follow the Borrow links within the journal record in Library Search.
Thesis requests
Theses are available for consultation in the Library only.
To request a thesis complete thesis request form or follow the Request to consult link within the thesis record in Library Search.
Service standards
Requests are usually satisfied within 24 hours (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays), however this may be longer during busy periods.
Reference only
Readers who use the Library for reference only can make any of the requests detailed on this page in the Philip Robinson Library at the Help Desk on Level 2, or Walton Library main desk, during staffed hours.
