Most British PhD theses can be requested via the British Library's EThOS service (see link below).

If the theses is NOT available on EThOS you may make an Inter Library Loan request for it (see link below).

Sourcing Masters-level theses is more difficult as they are seldom held by libraries. Nevertheless, you can still try to access a Masters dissertation by making a request via the Inter Library Loans Service.
