Newcastle University students:

You can logon to the photocopiers/scanners by swiping your smartcard or entering your normal username and password. The copying costs are deducted from your printing account.

To add credit to your account or to check your balance go to your Print and Photocopy Account (you will need to login with your campus username and password).

Scanning documents is free of charge.

Other users:

Please ask at the Service Desk of the Library in which you wish to photocopy and we will make arrangements for you.  Please note it can take up to 48 hours to process requests.
