EndNote Online and EndNote Web are both browser-based tools for managing references, to access these you must active your account via an EndNote Desktop Application (either using a Campus P.C or by downloading a copy to your person device). Both EndNote Online and EndNote Web offer unlimited file attachment storage, space for storing up to 1 million references and the ability to use Cite While You Write with Microsoft Word.
EndNote Online is recommended if you need to share your EndNote Library with others, or if you wish to make use of Online Database Search features. You can access EndNote Online via myendnoteweb.com
EndNote Web allows you to use Cite While You Write with Google Docs and Word Online, use the find reference update tool, copy formatted bibliographies, and offers more tools for organising your references into groups. You can access EndNote Web via https://web.endnote.com/login
If you currently have an EndNote Online account, but have access to EndNote 21 or EndNote 25, syncing your Library will automatically allow you access to EndNote Web.
See the Clarivate comparison chart for more details.
