Reservations are placed in alphabetical order by your family name either on the reservation shelves in our short loan collections (both in Philip Robinson Library and The Walton Library). Although these books are on open shelves and have your family name on, there is no other information to identify you.  The location of these reservation shelves also means that the books are not on a main thoroughfare of the library and allows for discreation when you pick the book up. Once you have located the book, you then issue the book yourself via the self-issue kiosks, allowing for anonymity and ease of borrowing.
