From the start of the 2025/26 academic year, we are enhancing Law Library services by relocating essential Law print collections to the Philip Robinson Library, which is adjacent to the Law School. This change is based on usage data showing that Law students already like this Library due to its extended opening hours, variety of study spaces, and availability of textbook copies.
By moving the core print Law resources to the Philip Robinson Library, you will gain 24/7 term-time access to these materials for the first time. All essential resources will continue to be selected in partnership with academic staff.
Meanwhile, the current Law Library space will remain open as a study area, retaining access to print journals, which will also remain available online. This study space will be open from Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm, during teaching and assessment periods.
