When browsing Library Search or other Library websites, if you come across an error message stating "Bad Request" similar to the screenshot above - here's how to fix it.
Try switching your web browser into Incognito mode (Chrome) or In-Private Browsing mode (Edge) and try again. This should allow you to access the resources you were looking for.
Advanced users: Alternatively, you can try deleting the deleting cookies that belong to the ncl.ac.uk domain. However, this may clear settings and sessions related to other University websites and services.
These are temporary workarounds whilst we work together with the IT Service to find a permanent solution to this problem.
