Undergraduate smartcards have an expiry date of 30th September of your final year, so access to library e-resources and study spaces is available until that date.  Borrowing rights, however, end in mid June (at the end of the regular assessment period) so those in their final year with an August resit or hand in date will need to extend borrowing rights for the summer vacation.

An individual's deferred assessment status must be recorded on S3P/SAP for any changes to be made to a library account, so if you are unsure this has been done, please double check with your school administration office first.

Once the deferred status has been confirmed, please contact Library Help or attend the Philip Robinson Library or Walton Library in person during desk services opening hours and borrowing rights can be reinstated.
