Our system will automatically send you a notification when an item you have requested is issued to your record to alert you to book a click and collect slot.
If you have requested more than one item from the shelves, please wait until all of these items are ready then book your collection slot.
Please don’t make multiple bookings for each individual item as we will endeavour to process these requests so you can pick them up together.
If you have requested an item that is out on loan, this may take longer to process. If you have not had notification that your item is available it may be that we are waiting for it to be returned by another user. If you have other items ready to collect, book a collection slot for these items.
