The two most common solutions to this issue are:

Login details

Are you are logging in to Newcastle University's Student Portal with your staff credentials? Campus log ins are linked to individual smartcards so logging in with your old student ID will bring up your student details.

Reinstalling/Cache clearing

If your staff credentials still bring up your student ID, try deleting and reinstalling the app and logging in again with your staff credentials (this will clear the cache).
