There are a number of reasons why this could be happening, please use this trouble shooting guide to diagnose and solve what the problem could be:

* Are you are logging in to the app with your staff credentials?  Campus log ins are linked to individual smartcards so logging in with your old student ID will bring up your student details.

* If your staff credentials still bring up your student ID, try deleting and reinstalling the app and logging in again with your staff credentials (this will clear the cache).

* Are you a guest member of staff or paid by another agency and not the University?  It could be you qualify for an Associate Smartcard?  These details need to be added to the app by University staff.  Please email explaining you are a new member of Associate staff and we will arrange for the data to be manually added.
