If you are looking for a book which is described as "Item in place" on Library Search but it is not on the shelf and you have checked the reshelving trolleys and bays, please notify a member of our Library team.
We will complete a form which will reserve the book for you for 4 weeks so that you may borrow it once it has been found. If the item cannot be found the reservation will be cancelled and you will be notified that we could not find it.
Current students and staff can request items that could not be found via Inter Library Loans (ILL) as long as Library staff are made aware that our copy is missing.
