If you are looking for a book which is described as "Item in place" on Library Search but it is not on the shelf and you have checked the reshelving trolleys and bays, please notify a member of our Library team.  

We will complete a form which will request the book for you, so that you may borrow it once it has been found. If the item cannot be found after 4 weeks, the request will be cancelled and you will be notified that we could not find it. 

If we notify you that the book has been declared "missing", current students and staff can then request the missing items via our Inter Library Loans service (ILL).
