There are lockers available at the Philip Robinson Library and the Marjorie Robinson Library Rooms

Philip Robinson Library

30 short loan lockers on Level 2

  • Keys issued and returned at the Help Desk
  • There is a £20 charge for lost keys
  • The Library cannot accept responsibility for anything stored in lockers

Postgraduate lockers on levels 3 and 4 available for use by research and final year taught course postgraduates. These lockers are in high demand.

  • Application forms can be obtained from the Help Desk
  • Keys for lockers require a refundable deposit payment of £20. Please let staff know if you no longer require your locker.
  • Unissued items and perishable goods must not be left in lockers, and may be removed if found during checks.
  • Locker keys may not be shared with other students
  • Failure to observe locker guidelines will result in the withdrawal of locker keys

Student Wellbeing referrals for lockers

  • A small number of long term lockers are available for students with disabilities.  Please ask your Student Health and Wellbeing adviser to contact us and confirm your requirement for a locker 

Marjorie Robinson Library Rooms

36 self-service lockers on the first floor for temporary storage of personal items while using the library facilities.

  • The Library cannot accept responsibility for anything stored in lockers
  • Library headphones and laptops must not be left in lockers
  • Perishable goods must not be left in lockers
  • The Library reserves the right to search library lockers and to remove items

 The Walton Library does not currently offer lockers.
