Face to face IT support is available in the Old Library building. Full details, including opening hours, can be found on the 'NUIT Service webpage'.

On Monday to Friday until 5pm, during term time, there is an IT helpdesk on level 2 of Philip Robinson library near computer cluster. 

Telephone support is available 24 hours a day all year round at 0191 208 5999.
