Face to face IT support is available in the Old Library building. Full details, including opening hours, can be found on the 'NUIT Service webpage'. Please note that this service will close on the 20th December 2024, to be replaced by a new IT Service Support Hub in the Frederick Douglass building which will open on the 6th January 2025.

On Monday to Friday 9.00am until 4.30pm, during term time, there is an IT helpdesk on level 2 of Philip Robinson library near the computer cluster. 

Telephone support is available 24 hours a day all year round at 0191 208 5999.
