Once a print job has reached the printer, computer users will get a little pop up window at the bottom right of their PC screen telling them which printer their job has been sent to. The printers are labelled to help customers find their job.

Printing history along with which machine the printing was sent to can be checked at the web address: printing.ncl.ac.uk

If a print job has not come out, users are advised to ensure their document is saved to their H Drive, as some documents will not print directly from email or USB. Ensure that the document they are trying to print does not have any print copyright restrictions - some e-journals, for example, are available for online use only.

If a document still will not print, or if the print out cannot be located - please seek further advice from 'NUIT'.
