To submit a case report, the author will need to go to and click the Submit a case report link. They will then be prompted to create a free account, or to log in with their existing account details.

Once this process is complete, the author should then follow the on-screen instructions in order to submit their case report. The author will be required to provide Newcastle University's fellowship code - this can be requested from the E-queries team via Library Help.

The author should use their email address in their correspondence and in their paper so that the case report can be affiliated to Newcastle University's institutional account.
