If you are having trouble accessing your ILL document, try the following:


  • Make sure the device or PC has Adobe Reader installed.
  • Don’t use Chrome! That particular browser tries to download in its own way, which conflicts with Adobe Reader.
  • Open the email containing the link and COPY it (don’t click on it).
  • Launch Internet Explorer or whichever browseryou’re going to use (except Chrome).
  • Paste the link in and hit return.
