If your print job has been disrupted due to a lack of ink supply, or the job has printed corrupted or with the wrong colours, then you may ask for a refund for this from NUIT.
You can check the 'NUIT website' for their latest service desk opening hours, call (0191 208 5999) or email (it.servicedesk@ncl.ac.uk), or a member of library staff can log a fault on your behalf.
The NUIT help desks can be found at the Philip Robinson Library, and at the Old Library. Please note that the latter will close on the 20th December 2024, to be replaced by a new IT Service Support Hub in the Frederick Douglass building which will open on the 6th January 2025.
You are encouraged to retain the faulty document as evidence of the printing fault.
Any refunds for payments made by card can only be issued if you still have the same card.
