If your requested item is readily available for purchase, an order is placed with a supplier within 24 hours of your request being submitted online.

Please allow at least 7-10 working days for your requested item to arrive, however some items may take longer.

If your requested item is not readily available, and you have consented in your initial request to an ILL, your request will then be forwarded on to the Philip Robinson Library Inter-Library Loans (ILL) Service.

If your requested item is found to be completely unavailable for purchase, you will be notified by email.
