The Fell cluster in the Medical School is one of the 24 hour clusters within the University.  Access to this cluster during the 8-6 office hours is via the inside and the outside doors.  However during out of hours (the rest of the time) access is only by smartcard using the outside door to the left of the main Medical School entrance.
