Yes, you can. Newcastle University Library has a subscription with i-law so you can access these online.

Please note: If you are off-campus then you will need to us the AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) first.

1) Go to Library Search

2) Search for 'lloyds law reports medical'. A search with an apostrophe after "lloyd" will only retrieve two results.

Multiple records will be retrieved. This is due to the publication changing its title over the years.

3) Click on 'Online access' and the blue 'Miscellaneous Ejournals' button

4) Use the dropdown menu to locate the case you require (or search using the option in the top right-hand corner of the screen)

5) Users are required to register individually using their @newcastle.ac.uk email address to access this resource.
To register, click on the Login button at the top of the screen, or the one that appears when you try to access a report. Where it says 'Do you have a corporate account?' click 'Register', then complete the registration details required.
Please note there is a 5 concurrent user limit for this resource; please remember to logout when finished.

The court copy is available for download (click on the red PDF icon) in addition to being available in hard copy on the Law Library's Specialist Law Reports room shelves.
