During the vacation period we still recall books that have been requested by other customers. However, we extend the period you have to return items from 7 days to 14 days.

If you return a recalled book after the due date, even in the vacation, an overdue charge of £1 per day will be applied up to a maximum of £15 per item.

If you have left Newcastle you can post items back to us and we will deduct the postage paid from any applicable overdue charges which may have accrued (please retain proof of postage for this).
