Title of film (Year of distribution) Directed by ... [DVD OR Blu-ray, catalogue number]. Place of distribution: Distributor.

Cite Them Right recommends the following format when referencing a movie streaming service using the Harvard style:
Title of film (Year of distribution) Directed by ... Available at: Name of service (Accessed: date).
