The Business School used to provide access directly to Datastream via computers on the 4th floor of the building. This access has now been replaced and the School subscribes to a web based platform called LSEG Workspace (previously called Refinitiv Workspace).

LSEG Workspace provides access to company financial data and economic indicators as well as news, analytics and productivity tools. Full functionality is accessible via the University Horizon software and some capability through web and mobile platforms. The database incorporates both Datastream and ThomsonONE.com which used to be on separate platforms.

Datastream is the world's largest historical financial database, containing up to 50 years of data. Data is available on worldwide equities (companies), stock market indices, unit trusts, investment trusts, bonds & convertibles, bond indices & CDS, warrants, interest rates, futures, options and commodities.

Please see the Business Lib Guide for further details.

To use LSEG workspace, please speak to your academic tutor in the Business School who will be able to arrange access.
