EduRoam allows students, researchers and staff from participating institutions to obtain internet access via their laptops when visiting other participating institutions.

Staff and students from participating EduRoam institutions: EduRoam uses Newcastle University’s wireless network to give you access to your home university IT account.

Select eduroam from the list of possible networks.

From this link download the EduRoam setup program and select Run as Administrator.

Select EduRoam from the Wireless tab. Enter your home university username and password (include the domain as part of your username: e.g. q991234@northumbria.ac.uk). Click install.
