You will not be able to place a reservation request if:

  • you do not know your password
  • Library Search shows that a copy of the item is ‘In Place’ (instead, check the shelves and ask at the Help Desk if you cannot find that copy)
  • the item is marked as ‘lost’
  • you have 10 items already reserved
