Check you are correctly logged onto the network by looking at the files you do have access to. If you are logged on correctly, you should be able to see your H:\ drive (i.e. your personal file drive). If you can't see it, try restarting the PC.

If the problem persists in the:

  • Philip Robinson Library contact the NUIT Helpdesk on Level 2 (or use the phone to call extension 85999 outside staffed hours)
  • Walton Library contact NUIT on extension 85999 using the phone in either the Dene or Linn Clusters
  • Marjorie Robinson Library Rooms go to the First Floor IT help point (or use the phone to call extension 5999 outside NUIT staffed hours)
  • Law Library contact NUIT on extension 85999 using the phone in the Eldon Cluster
