You should not use more than one Endnote style in a document.  If you are referencing within a table then you would need to use footnotes if you want more than just the (Name, Year) citation within the table.  If you do not have room within the table for the usual citation you could number your rows and create an appendix to this material separate from the main citations.  If you are captioning the table as figure then number it and include a list of figures separate to the bibliography.
